Meet the team behind Covenant Strategies Group.

Faithful stewardship. Strategic execution. A team built to serve the Church.

Founder Story

Dr. Nicole A. Singleton Norman, DBA, MBA, MAC

For more than two decades, Dr. Nicole A. Singleton Norman has worked alongside nonprofit, association, and faith-based leaders to build organizations that are sustainable, well governed, and equipped to fulfill their missions. Her professional background in association and nonprofit management has given her deep experience in strategy, governance, operations, leadership development, communications, membership-based organizations, and organizational sustainability.

Her connection to ministry is equally longstanding. Dr. Norman was licensed as an Evangelist in 2009, ordained as an Elder in 2012, and has served actively in church leadership for more than 25 years. That combination of ministry experience and organizational leadership gives her a practical understanding of the realities church leaders face: protecting the mission while also managing people, finances, governance, systems, compliance, communications, and day-to-day operations.

Covenant Strategies Group was created to bring those worlds together. CSG gives churches access to an integrated team of experienced professionals who can strengthen existing staff, fill operational gaps, guide major initiatives, and provide trusted leadership during seasons of change.

Mission & Values

To strengthen churches through integrated management, strategic counsel, and faithful stewardship so leaders can focus more fully on ministry and organizations can reach their fullest potential.

Stewardship

We treat the people, resources, reputation, and mission entrusted to us with care and integrity.

Integration

We connect strategy, people, systems, and execution so the organization operates as one.

Faith Fluency

We understand that church leadership is both organizational work and ministry, and we respect the language, traditions, and governance of each congregation.

Excellence

We bring disciplined processes, experienced professionals, and high standards to every engagement.

The Team Behind CSG

Your church should not have to build every capability internally. Covenant Strategies Group brings together experienced professionals across the operational disciplines that keep ministries healthy, responsive, and sustainable.

Our team is designed to work as a valued extension of your existing staff. We can supplement the people you already have, step into functions where capacity is limited, coordinate work that has become fragmented, or provide a broader outsourced management solution when that is what your organization needs.

Why CSG Exists

For decades, other nonprofit organizations such as trade and professional associations have relied on integrated management firms to provide specialized expertise across multiple operational functions. Churches deserve access to the same model—adapted for ministry, governance traditions, and the unique responsibilities of faith-based leadership.

CSG exists to close that gap. We provide churches with an experienced, coordinated team that can strengthen operations, support leaders, and help the organization build the capacity needed for long-term ministry impact.
